This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of any product bought directly from MELAGIO via our official website (www.melagio.com). Proof of purchase is required for eligibility.
Note: This warranty does not cover Clearance Items (marked as Clearance on our website).
Each MELAGIO product comes with a 1-year limited warranty, starting from the date you receive your order.
If any item is repaired or replaced under this warranty, it will be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period, as long as the given instructions are followed. Examples of defects include:
Broken components or hardware
Obvious stains
Functional defects
Significant misalignment affecting usability
Unintended tears or splits in fabrics or leathers (not caused by misuse)
Note: Natural materials like wood and leather may show variations, such as irregular distressing, color fluctuations, or sporadic oxidations. These features are not considered defects—they add to the unique beauty of the material.
Once we confirm a defect covered by the warranty, we will:
Repair the defective part/product using new or refurbished parts
Replace the defective part/product with a new or refurbished equivalent
Offer a partial refund based on our assessment
Our warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage due to neglect, accidents, or exposure to extreme conditions (heat, cold, sunlight, moisture, etc.)
Damage from external causes like scratches, burns, or indentations
Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or commercial/institutional use
Minor imperfections that don’t affect functionality
