We’ve partnered with a reliable network of delivery professionals to make sure your order arrives safely. If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately by different carriers. Delivery times vary based on the product type, availability, and the distance to your shipping address. At this time, we’re unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Marshall Islands, PO boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses. We appreciate your understanding!

Delivery Information


Our deliveries take place Monday through Saturday, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. If you need a delivery outside these hours, feel free to reach out before your order is processed—we’ll do our best to accommodate, though availability may vary by location.
Before placing your order, please double-check that your items will fit through doors, staircases, and elevators while still in their packaging. You can find product and package dimensions in the product description on our website. If a delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations, additional delivery charges may apply.
If you’d like your order shipped to a freight forwarder, we may be able to arrange this on a case-by- case basis. However, please note that once the shipment is with the freight forwarder, MELAGIO is not responsible for any issues that may arise.

Flat Rate And Free Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated per shipment, not per order, and are based on the shipment value and delivery location. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on their estimated delivery
times. Shipping fees are based on your location and order subtotal, with the total cost displayed at checkout after calculating the necessary shipments. Below, you''ll find a general list of major cities we ship to. Plus, enjoy free shipping on shipments

Delivery Type: Standard Service

With our Standard Service, your item(s) will be delivered to the ground floor, lobby, or the first dry area of your home, such as a garage, front porch, or apartment lobby. If your address requires access via an elevator or stairs, the delivery will be left at the entrance of the elevator or at the base of the stairs. This service does not include unpacking, assembly, or trash removal. Once your order is ready to ship, we’ll send you an email notification. You’ll then either receive a fixed delivery date with tracking information or be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a delivery day and time window.

Scheduling & Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order leaves our local warehouse, we’ll send you an email notification.

1 - For FedEx/UPS deliveries
, your email will include tracking information so you can follow your shipment’s journey.
2 - For deliveries by our specialized carriers, the carrier will reach out to you directly to confirm a delivery date and time window.

Incorrect Delivery Address

If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to our distribution center and restocked. We’ll get in touch with you to arrange a re-delivery to the correct address. Please note that there will be a $100 re-delivery fee for this service.

Delivery Restrictions

To ensure the safe delivery of your items, we may need to refuse delivery to certain locations that are at high risk of loss or damage, or to areas that are inaccessible for our delivery services. We also cannot deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers, as they’re typically too small to accommodate most of the items we sell.
