Thank you for shopping with MELAGIO! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order and would like to return, change, or cancel it, please refer to the guide below.

1. Returns

We take pride in the quality of our products, and most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery. Returns are eligible for a refund of the merchandise value, minus any applicable fees* (see Refunds below).

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (if available). If the original packaging isn’t available, you’re responsible for providing similar packaging to avoid damages during return shipping. Please note, if improper packaging leads to damage, you’ll be liable for those costs. You may also be responsible for return shipping and processing fees, depending on the reason for the return.

To start the return process, reach out to our Support team at support@melagio.com. Once we receive your return request and approve it, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your item.

2. Refunds

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This fee will be deducted from your refund. After we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds generally take 1-3 business days to process, and may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.

Please note: Returns for reasons like purchasing by mistake, finding a better price, incorrect size, or dissatisfaction with color or fabric may incur a deduction for shipping fees. Returns related to product defects or damages are excluded from shipping charges.

3. Return Address

Once your return is approved, you can use the return shipping label we provide or choose your own carrier. Please send returns to:

Note: Our warehouses aren’t open for public drop-offs. Be sure to contact us before returning any item so we can provide you with the nearest return location and issue the shipping label.

4. Order Change or Cancellation

We prepare and ship orders quickly, usually within 8-12 hours. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact our customer service team before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, you'll receive a notification email with tracking details.

After shipment, changes or cancellations will incur a 10% restocking fee. Please note, orders marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale” cannot be changed or canceled.

If you cancel your order and place a new one, a new estimated delivery date will be provided.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items, like Clearance or Final Sale items, gift cards, and certain other items, are not eligible for return. If you have questions about your specific purchase, reach out to us at support@melagio.com.

6. Exchanges

Want a different color or material? Simply initiate a return for your original purchase (see Returns above). After we approve the return, send the item back to us, and place a separate order for the new item. If you used a discount code, gift card, or seasonal promotion, please contact us before you place the new order at support@melagio.com.
